EDUCATION INSTITUTE ENGAGEMENT

Building Career Clarity into the Educational Journey

Assist students in discovering their direction.
Equip institutions with meaningful insights.

Aurevia Education and Career Consultants offers structured career guidance to educational institutions in Goa, combining career awareness, psychometric assessment and individual counselling.

Through career awareness, psychometric assessment and individual counselling, we help students explore their possibilities while enabling institutions to gain meaningful insights.

WE GUIDE. YOU ACHIEVE.

Career Guidance Should Go Beyond a One-Time Session

Students today face an expanding range of academic and career choices. Structured career guidance helps them explore their interests and make informed decisions.

Aurevia combines career awareness, psychometric assessment and individual counselling. Together, these stages can build a broader picture of students’ interests and guidance needs, informing our developing institutional-insights approach.

Institutions can start with a conversation and explore complimentary career-awareness sessions for students and parents, online or on campus. Further engagement is tailored to the institution’s needs.

WE ADVISE. YOU DECIDE.

Flexible. Practical. Institution-Friendly.

Career guidance doesn’t always fit neatly into a school timetable or institutional calendar.
Aurevia therefore offers flexibility in how the journey can be delivered.

Flexible Awareness Session

Career awareness can be delivered on campus during the academic day or online at a suitable time, including weekends with students and parents.

Online Assessment

Psychometric assessments can be completed online with minimal disruption to academic schedules.

Flexible Counselling

Individual counselling can be conducted online or on campus, depending on institution requirements.

The Institutional Difference

Individual Clarity

Students explore their strengths, interests and possible career directions through personalised counselling.

Cohort Insights

Collective findings can reveal broader patterns in student interests, preferences and career guidance needs.

Institutional Value

Institute leaders can use these insights to identify areas where additional career awareness or student support may be beneficial.

These insights inform institutional decisions; the institution retains ownership of its priorities and next steps.

From Insight to Action

Evidence to inform decisions. Flexibility to act.

Aurevia aims to help educational institutions move beyond individual career guidance towards a broader understanding of students’ interests, aspirations and guidance needs.

We invite forward-thinking institutions in Goa to explore this evolving approach with us and help shape how institutional insights can translate into meaningful career guidance initiatives.

Student assessment information is handled confidentially and used for its intended career-guidance purpose. Access to individual reports is currently restricted to authorised personnel.

Where institutional-level insights are developed, the intended approach is to share aggregated findings by default, rather than individual student reports. Any sharing of individual results will be handled with appropriate consent and safeguards.

For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

The first step is an exploratory discussion with the principal or a nominated representative. We learn about your students, your current guidance provision and your priorities. Any further step is discussed and agreed with you afterwards, based on what is relevant for your institution.

The initial career-awareness session for students and parents is complimentary. It gives your institution an opportunity to experience Aurevia’s approach to structured career guidance before deciding whether to explore any further engagement. Any subsequent assessments, individual counselling or extended programmes are scoped and commercially agreed separately.

Depending on your institution’s priorities, Aurevia can support psychometric assessments, individual counselling with interpretation of assessment results, and longer-term engagement. These are scoped and commercially agreed separately, so your institution decides what is relevant. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the complimentary awareness session.

Career-awareness sessions can be held on campus or online, depending on what suits your institution. Arrangements for assessments and individual counselling are discussed separately to fit your timetable and the availability of students and parents. The format and scheduling remain flexible and are agreed with you in advance.

Individual assessment results and counselling discussions are treated confidentially and shared with students and, where appropriate, their parents. Any sharing of individual results with an institution is discussed and agreed in advance, with appropriate consent. Institutional-level reporting is intended to focus on aggregated findings rather than individual student reports.

Aurevia is developing an approach to understanding students’ career interests and guidance needs at an institutional level. The aim is to help educational leaders identify areas where further support may be useful — whether through career-awareness initiatives, communication and other skill-development opportunities, or additional academic support in relevant subjects.

This capability is still evolving. Any insights and possible initiatives would be discussed with the institution, taking into account its students’ needs and priorities.

Aurevia aims to complement, not replace, the career guidance already provided by your institution. Your counsellors and leadership retain ownership of priorities and next steps, while Aurevia’s role is shaped around your students’ needs. Opportunities for coordination with your team are discussed during the initial conversation.

Aurevia is working towards extending career guidance beyond individual student counselling to help educational institutions understand broader patterns in students’ career interests, aspirations and guidance needs.

Over time, aggregated insights may help institutions identify opportunities for targeted career-awareness initiatives, skill development and other guidance interventions aligned with students’ needs.

This capability is currently evolving. The approach, scope and format of institutional insights will be developed and discussed with participating institutions as the framework takes shape.
